Pestalozzi Technology株式会社（本社：東京都、代表取締役社長CEO：井上友綱）は、2019年の創業以来、日本の体力テスト集計・分析業務のデジタル化を推進し、プロダクトである『ALPHA』は2025年度で約5,200校・約180万人の児童・生徒に利用されています。世界的に珍しい日本の体力テスト制度を「ALPHA」とともに世界へ拡げるべく、昨年より海外展開を本格始動いたしました。海外展開の1か国目、フィリピンでの活動内容や今後の展望を、令和８年２月 27 日（金）に文部科学省内で開催された、EDU-Port シンポジウム内のポスターセッションで発表したことをご報告いたします。
■シンポジウム概要
名称：EDU-Port シンポジウム EDU-Port の成果と新たな取組の始動
目的：外務省・経産省などの関係省庁、JICA・JETRO などの政府系機関、大学・教育委 員会、教育事
業者をはじめとする教育関係者が一堂に会し、EDU-Port のこれまでの成果と、 今後の新たな取組に向けた意見交換を行うこと。

フィリピンの学校において、体力テスト集計webアプリ「ALPHA」を活用した日本式体力テスト及び生活習慣アンケートを実施することで、現地の児童生徒や教員が 運動・健康について学習する機会を作る。また、児童生徒の体力の現状及び生活習慣 に対する意識を調査し、将来の疾病予防に向けた施策の提案を行う。その上で、新たな協力先を探し、フィリピン国内での体力テスト活用の展開拡大を目指す。
■事業の目的
①現地教員を対象としたワークショップ
日本式体力テスト及びICT活用型教育モデルの共有・実践
②児童生徒の体力テスト・生活習慣アンケートの可視化を通じた健康教育・疾病予防への貢献及び日本のデータとの比較研究
■実施体制
■これまでの活動内容・アウトプット
①フィリピンの保健体育教育及び教育市場に関する文献・データ調査を実施し、教育制度の変遷や体力テストの現状を整理した調査資料を作成した。
②フィリピン国内の学校教員・大学教員111名を対象に、日本式体力テスト及び体力テストWebアプリ「ALPHA」の活用に関するワークショップを実施。日本とフィリピン相互の保健体育科教育に対する理解を深めた。
③ワークショップ後の事後アンケートを起点として追加調査を実施し、フィリピンにおける体力テスト実施状況や制度上の課題を把握、調査結果を取りまとめた資料を作成した。

By conducting Japanese-style physical fitness tests and lifestyle surveys using the web-based fitness assessment app ALPHA in schools in the Philippines, the project will create opportunities for local students and teachers to learn about physical exercise and health. We will also investigate students’ current fitness levels and awareness of lifestyle habits, and propose measures for future disease prevention. On this basis, we will seek new partners aimed at expanding the use of fitness testing across the Philippines
■Project Purpose
①Sharing and hands-on practice of Japanese-style physical fitness testing and an ICT-enabled education model to local teachers.
②Contribution to health education and disease prevention through the visualization of students’ physical fitness test results and lifestyle survey data, as well as comparative research with data from Japan.

1. Conducted literature and data research on physical and health education as well as the education market in the Philippines, and produced a research report summarizing the evolution of the education system and the current status of physical fitness testing.
2. Conducted a workshop for 111 school teachers and university faculty members in the Philippines on Japanese-style physical fitness testing and the use of the web-based fitness testing application “ALPHA,” thereby deepening mutual understanding between Japan and the Philippines regarding physical and health education practices.
3. Based on a post-workshop survey, carried out additional follow-up research to identify the current implementation status of physical fitness testing and institutional challenges in the Philippines, and compiled the findings into a summary report.

・Create opportunities for students and teachers in Philippine schools to learn about physical activity and health.
・Strengthen collaboration with local educational institutions and promote the development of new partnerships, with the aim of expanding the use of Japanese-style physical fitness testing and contributing to future disease prevention.
